You can do this by checking your order number and logging into your NeoPass Account. If you have trouble logging in, please submit a Customer Service ticket with your shipping address so our team can verify the shipping address on your current order. If you've pre-ordered a Jumbo Plushie from Neopets Shop, check your email!
Neopets has just sent out a message that there will be a delay in shipping so that they may ensure they are high quality, and will now be shipping in late January, 2025.
Additionally, the email includes a code (or codes, if you ordered both) for two new exclusive items.
Note: that the codes are currently only awarding ONE of the two items (the cake for the Aisha, and the book for the Shoyru) so we recommend holding off a bit before redeeming them.
Grundo Warehouse has also suffered another rabid Meepit attack, and in addition to the usual memory error, you may be faced with a blank page (the navigation panel loads and nothing else) You'll need to verify that the code is properly entered (as you will not be able to get an error message that the code is invalid) and just keep refreshing and checking your inventory as usual. Eventually it will work and the item(s) will be in your inventory. More details on the error here.
Note that these two items are in addition to the items you will receive with the code that comes with the Jumbo Plushies. You can see what those are on each plushie's detail page.
