Neopets has asked on their social media channels that if you placed an order for Neopets Merch with Overpowered and have not received it, to send them a Direct Message through Twitter containing your order number, address, or any other pertinent information so that they may verify. They are working on a way to make it right.
Update: If you do not have a twitter account, you may email community at neopets dot com. Twitter is the preferred method of contact for this, this option is for those who do not have a twitter account.
